1993 John Prine "Lost Dogs + Mixed Blessings" Tour Vintage Tee Shirt

Original 1995 John Prine tour T-shirt from the Lost Dogs + Mixed Blessings era, featuring the album’s hand-drawn lost dog artwork on the front and a large “John Prine On Tour” record graphic on the back. Released through Prine’s independent Oh Boy Records, the album followed his Grammy-winning The Missing Years and continued his collaboration with producer Howie Epstein.

The back graphic incorporates the Oh Boy Records identity, the independent label Prine co-founded after becoming frustrated with the traditional record industry. It makes the shirt a particularly good artifact from Prine’s independent 1990s period—connecting the album, tour, and the label that allowed him to maintain control of his music.
